Made from traditional Eastern ingredient, namely Shitake Mushrooms. The natural fragrance of mushroom gives Vegetarian Mushroom Chunks an extraordinary taste and texture. An excellent substitute for beef and best prepared by stir fry or stew.

Ingredients: Mushroom (35%), water, soybean oil, whey protein, sugar, wheat flour, soya sauce, salt, vegetarian seasonings, pepper. 

Contain soybean, wheat and dairy. May contain traces of nuts and seeds.

Chunky Mushroom in Tomato sauce on Pasta

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 150g Lamyong Vegetarian
  • Mushroom Chunks
  • 50g Tomato paste
  • 125g Diced tomatoes
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 50mL Cooking oil
  • 200g Spirals pasta

Method:

  1. Cook pasta according to instruction on packaging.
  2. Heat oil in pan. Add tomato paste and cook for 1 min. Add diced tomatoes and Lamyong Vegetarian Mushroom Chunks. Season to taste. Cook up to 5 mins.
  3. Serve Pasta sauce with spiral pasta. Sprinkle oregano on top before serving. Serve warm.
