Roti Paratha (5pcs)

Inspired by flat breads from around the world, Lamyong paratha is made with premium wheat flour. Pan fry till crispy on both sides and serve warm.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (54%), water, margarine (hydrogenated palm oil, emulsifier: soy lecithin), salt, baking powder (E500). 

Contains wheat gluten and soy.

Recipe: Crispy pan fried roti with curried vegan mince

Serves 1-2


  • 2 slices frozen Roti Paratha
  • 1 cup mushroom nuggets (chopped)
  • 1 cup capsicum (seeds removed)
  • 1tsp curry powder
  • 1tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  1. Cut frozen roti paratha into heart shape. Do not thaw. Heat 1/2 tbsp of oil in pan. Pan fry frozen roti in oil for 2 mins on both sides or until crispy. Remove from heat. Repeat.
  2. Clean pan with paper towel. Add remaining oil. Heat oil. Cook chopped mushroom nuggets for 2min. Add capsicums. Cook for one min. Add all seasonings. Add salt and pepper for taste. Remove from heat.
  3. Serve crispy roti with curried vegan mince with Tomato sauce and vegan mayo.
