Vegetarian Crispy Soy Slices

May contain traces of nuts, seeds and soybean.

Recipe: Vegan Seafood Paella

  • 60g Lamyong Vegan Calamari, thawed and thinly sliced
  • 6pcs Lamyong Vegan Prawns, thawed and thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cups medium grain rice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red capsicum, chopped
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • pinch of black pepper powder
  • pinch of cayenne pepper (optiional)
  • pinch of dried oregano
  • pinch of dried thyme
  • pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 100g frozen green peas
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 400g tomatoes, chopped and peeled
  • 1 small bunch parsley, chopped


  1. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in frying pan over medium high heat. Cook vegan prawns and calamari for 2-3 mins, until light browned. Remove from pan.
  2. Reduce to medium heat, add remaining olive oil. Cook rice for 2mins. Stir in stock, tomatoes and all dry spices.
  3. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
  4. Simmer for 5 mins, continue stirring.
  5. Add vegan prawns and calamari. Add capsicum and peas. Simmer covered until rice is cooked.
  6. Serve warm and garnish with parsley.
