Ingredients: Textured vegetable protein (Isolated soy protein, wheat flour, vegetable oil), water, vegetable oil, non GMO soy protein, whey protein, vegetarian seasoning, brown sugar, seaweed, salt

Contain soy, wheat and dairy. May contain traces of nuts and seeds.

Fragrant Seaweed Soy Slices Stir fry

Serves 2


  • 200g Lamyong Vegetarian Seaweed Soy Slices (cut into thick slices)
  • ½ red capsicum (cut into thin strips)
  • ½ can chopped pineapple (drained)
  • 1 stick Celery (cut into thin strips)
  • ½ cucumber (cut into thin strips)
  • 15mL cooking oil
  • 10g corn flour
  • 15ml cold water
  • Coriander
  • Fresh chili
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Heat oil in pan and stir-fry all vegetables for 3min in medium heat.
  2. Add Lamyong Vegetarian Seaweed Soy Slices.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix corn flour and cold water in a bowl. Add mixture to vegetables in pan.
  5. Serve warm with rice.
