Vegetarian Mini Mushroom Steak

Vegetarian Mini Mushroom Black Pepper Steak is a patty of mushrooms sprinkled with just the right amount of black pepper. These very versatile mini mushroom steaks can be prepared on the grilling pan with Teriyaki sauce and ready to serve with boiled or roasted vegetables.

Ingredients: Mushroom, water, vegetable oil, modifield topica starch,sugar,vegetarian seasoning,salt black pepper powder. 

May contain traces of nuts, seeds, wheat and soy.

Western Style Not-Steak in Mushroom Sauce

Serves 1


  • 4 pieces Lamyong Vegetarian Mini Mushroom Steak
  • 50g fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon Vessimix Vegetarian Mushroom Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • Sugar
  • Mash Potato
  • 150g potato (peeled and boiled)
  • 50g butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. To prepare mash potato, mash boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add butter and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in pan. Pan fry Lamyong Vegetarian Mushroom Mini Steaks for 30 sec on each side. Place on dish with mashed potato.
  3. To make mushroom sauce dressing, stir fry mushrooms for 30 sec. Add Lamyong Mushroom Oyster sauce, light soy sauce, pepper and sugar to taste. Simmer for 2-3 mins.
  4. Pour mushroom sauce over Vegetarian Mushroom Steaks and mashed potato. Serve warm.
