Should you require urgent delivery for a certain date, or have special delivery requirements,
please contact us so that we can avoid any disappointment. While we cannot guarantee delivery by a
certain date, we will do our best to assist you.

For the delivery day itself, if you are unable to be present for the day, the courier will leave the box
at the front door. Please indicate if you have a alternative safe location for the courier to leave the box.
We could not guarantee a certain timeframe as the couriers have their individual runs.

PICKUP AVAILABLE: Pickup available at our Villawood showroom. Please allow 2 business days for processing
the order. Please indicate in special instructions the nominated date for pickup.

For (Sydney Metro / Canberra / NSW regional cities) delivery times when orders are placed before 10pm are:

Sundays (before 10pm), delivery on Wednesday or Thursday
Mondays (before 10pm), delivery on Thursday or Friday
Tuesdays (before 10pm), delivery on Friday or following Wednesday
Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays Sundays orders will be delivered on the following Wednesday or Thursday.

For Melbourne Metro, Brisbane Metro and Gold Coast Metro deliveries : Refrigerated Transport Weekly Delivery
All Melbourne and Brisbane orders is now transported by a specialized refrigerated courier once a week on Friday/Saturday.
*Please ensure your order is placed by Sunday of the previous week to receive the order by the following Saturday.

For REGIONAL QUEENSLAND and VICTORIA: AVAILABLE - please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery
*Regional QLD: Townsville, Mackey, Bundaberg etc

For orders from $401 and above, the freight cost is $55.
