I cut the strips into 1cm wide strips and fried them with onion and broccoli. For anyone who is missing bacon, these are 95% the same taste, same meaty texture. The house smelt like the aroma of having cooked cooked bacon. Remember how bacon felt when digested you would have a heavy feeling in your stomach?....Those days are gone. Big plus here and will be back to buy bulk packet. thank you to who ever creates foods similar to meat. There is totally NO REASON anymore to kill any more animals. I am happy to be vegan/vegetarian. I will not eat any more meat products again.
